Nickel201 is pure commercial nickel with extremely low carbon content and has been approved for service in high temperature environments up to 1230°C.

 

Nickel201 bolt application areas:

Food processing equipment, salt refining equipment.

Mining and Marine Extraction

 

Equipment required to manufacture industrial sodium hydroxide under high temperature conditions above 300°C.

  1. Production of organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides: resistance to gas and gas corrosion
  2. Nuclear Reactor
  3. Retorts and components in heat treatment furnaces, especially in carbonizing and nitriding atmospheres
  4. For catalytic regenerators in petrochemical production, alloy 600 is recommended for applications above 700°C to obtain a longer service life.
