Nickel201 nut alloy has the following properties:
Nickel201 is pure commercial nickel with extremely low carbon content and has been approved for service in high temperature environments up to 1230°C.
Nickel201 nut application fields:
Food processing equipment, salt refining equipment.
Mining and Marine Extraction
Equipment required to manufacture industrial gas sodium oxide under high temperature conditions above 300°C.
- Production of organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides: resistance to chlorine and gas corrosion
- Nuclear Reactor
- Retorts and components in heat treatment furnaces, especially in carbonizing and nitriding atmospheres
- For catalytic regenerators in petrochemical production, alloy 600 is recommended for applications above 700°C to obtain a longer service life.
